The expected delivery time of your order depends on the Australia Post delivery schedule. Metro locations intended for delivery can expect their order earlier than regional areas.
Please allow additional time for delivery during high peak periods dependant on the time of year, holiday periods and weekends. We are not responsible for packages being delayed in transit.
Tracking your Order:
Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation from us with your order number. Once your order has been dispatched you will also receive an email with your tracking information.
If you haven’t received a tracking email from us, please contact headingoutbackbrand@gmail.com and we will be able to follow this up for you.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information and address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided after the order has been shipped, Heading Out Back cannot offer reimbursement for your order.
